Im Kolophon mit 1610 datiert. – Besonders zu Anfang einige Bl. mit angeränderten Ausrissen (tls. Textverlust, letztes Bl. mit Druckvermerk als hinterer Spiegel verklebt, mehrere tiefe, unsachgemäß mit Klebeband restaurierte Einrisse, durchgehend stärker gebräunt und wasserrandig, fleckig.
