Right of data portability

You have the right to get in a machine-readable form the data which we have processed on the basis of your consent or by fulfillment of a contract or you can have them delivered to a third party. When you send us requests per contact form, your information from the contact form including all the details will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent. The processing of the data mentioned in the contact form happens exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 paragr. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You may revoke your consent at any time by sending us an e-mail. The legality of the data processing operations up to the revocation remains  unaffected by the revocation. Your data from the contact form remain with us unless you request deletion, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for data storage does not apply (for example after a completed processing of your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
